Unpredictable Mumbai struggle
Mumbai: A dream city where millions of people come to fulfill their dreams. It is said that this city has the power to polish your destiny. It never sleeps, and never gets tired. it has glamour, money, freedom, fame, and limelight.
And this limelight drag dreamers towards it. They step in with bags of hope.
But do they make it up? Do they feel the same way after reaching their dream city? How do they manage? What do they give to this city in return?
Do they get what they are looking for?
Let's start with the basics.
According to an estimate approx 2000 strugglers come to Mumbai every day.
the cost of living there is 40k per month and long route traveling. Do you think everyone can afford this?
No, because there is no easy end to it. Sometimes it goes beyond 10 years.
So they start living in chawl, old construction buildings, or mahata buildings to save money on sharing bases, where you will see 4-5 people in a room.
They stay together.
And guess what? Still, they feel alone. There is no one with whom they can share their feelings.
This is the main cause to see bipolar, depression, and anxiety problems in them.
You will see them spending money to enjoy a social life, so they can feel at home.
There are only 11 Hindi prime tv channels, where approx 200 active actors are working out of millions.
I am sure now you can sense the risk factor,
Which increases the rate of committing suicide.
Moreover, they have to manage their social life, lifestyle, standard, and physic and fear failure.
Actors are public figures once they touch the sky and stay there for a long time.
Otherwise, nobody even gets the news of their death.
So yes, these actors give their every inch of emotions in return to the dream city.
I hope next time we see a struggler or junior actor or actress.
At least we respect them…this is the least we can do for them.
Yes didi, you r right
