How true is anxiety?

 How true is anxiety?

Humans tend to believe what they can reach, touch, see, and prove. For him, everything else is a fantasy or delusion.
This is untrue, though. Humans are formed of emotions; they don't just exist or act on a physical level; they also act, react, think, and make decisions on levels of the mind and emotions that are invisible to the physical eye.
Human bodies act as a medium for a message produced by frequencies in their brains. Emotions like rage, fear, grief, love, contempt, surprise, trust, and anticipation are examples of these frequencies. You constantly switch between different emotions all the time. You might be depressed right now, then joyful the next. You might feel sympathetic right now, but later then you could end up unkind later. Frequencies (or emotions) cannot be physically touched or even observed without the use of special technology. But it is real.

One of them is anxiety, which is a constant fear without an appropriate explanation. when you make fearful predictions. To stop these feelings, you could avoid certain locations, people, or circumstances. Kids and adolescents may first have symptoms, which may then continue until adulthood.
For instance, there is a severe professor at your college that you never want to see in your class since you are expecting a bad experience due to him. Although it has never happened, you are very certain that it could, Therefore, you regularly skip his class and experience agitation, worry, or a rapid heartbeat when you consider his presence.
You always worry about meeting that professor, which is the root source of your anxiety, which has begun to appear as symptoms.
Any location or circumstance that you avoid due to fear qualifies as anxiety.
How can you overcome this?
You must adhere to a formula to overcome this.
Accept, Talk, and Act.
